# Remove search view

`DELETE /_fabric/{fabric}/_api/search/view/{view-name}`

## Request

Remove the search view identified by *view-name*.

## Path parameters

- `fabric` string, string, required
- `view-name` string, string, required

## Response `200`

Successfully removed search view.

  - `error` boolean: Flag if there is an error in response. *False* for this response.
  - `result` boolean: Return *true* flag if operation is successfully completed.

## Other responses

- `400`: Failed due to missing or malformed data. Verify that all parameters are complete.
- `403`: Failed to validate because you do not have access to the server.
- `404`: Failed to find specified collection.
