# Get edge function information.

`GET /_fabric/{fabric}/_api/function/{fx-name}`

## Request

Get edge function information.

## Path parameters

- `fabric` string, string, required
- `fx-name` string, string, required

## Response `200`

Successfully fetched information about the edge function.

- EdgeWorkerRc200
  - `code` integer: HTTP response code.
  - `error` boolean: Flag if there is an error in response. *False* for this response.
  - `result` object[]
    - `activationStatus` string: Edge function activation status.
    - `description` string: Description about edge function.
    - `edgeWorkerId` number: Edge function identifier.
    - `name` string: Name of the edge function.
    - `type` 'akamai' | 'macrometa': Type of the edge function.
    - `environment` string: Edge function activation environment.
    - `url` string: URL to access the edge function.
    - `fabric` string: Name of the fabric.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time: ISO 8601 timestamp indicating when the edge function was created.
    - `lastModified` string, date-time: ISO 8601 timestamp indicating when the edge worker was most recently modified.
    - `queryWorkerName` string: Name of the Macrometa query worker.
    - `queue` string: If yes, then pending activation.

## Other responses

- `400`: Failed due to missing or malformed data. Verify that all parameters are complete.
- `401`: Failed because you do not have administrator permissions.
- `403`: Failed to validate because you do not have access to the server.
- `404`: Failed to find specified fabric.
