Every row this job created, with the same shape, paging (page, limit up to 500) and filters as GET /api/v1/leads, so you can narrow a fresh sweep straight away: ?relevanceYes=true&minReviews=50. Businesses you already held before the search are not new rows and are not included, which is also why they were not charged. Free.
