# Get Form Hash

`GET /transactions/{transactionId}/documents/{documentId}/hash`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ws.zipformplus.com/api`
- URL: `https://ws.zipformplus.com/api/transactions/{transactionId}/documents/{documentId}/hash`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Auth-ContextId`

Returns an MD5 hash of the form, calculated upon PDF generation. Useful for determining whether a form has changed since it was last retrieved.
