# Unlink Account

`POST /auth/unlink`

## Request

Unlinks a partner account (identified by External Id) from its associated zipForm® account. The zipForm® account becomes available for linking to another partner account.

## Response `200`

Account unlinked successfully

## Other responses

- `304`: Not Modified — External Id could not be removed
- `401`: Unauthorized — partner not recognized or user not found
