# Upload a Document

`POST /v2/transactions/{id}/documents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pre.transactiondesk.com`
- URL: `https://api.pre.transactiondesk.com/v2/transactions/{id}/documents`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Uploads a new document to a specific transaction. The document binary must be Base64 encoded.

## Request body

- object
  - `documentName` string, required
  - `binary` string, required: Base64 encoded document binary
  - `fileTypeId` string, uuid, required: File type GUID. See Glossary for values.

## Response `200`

Document uploaded successfully

  - `id` string, uuid
