# Update an offer

`PATCH /transact-workflow/v1/users/{userId}/Offers/{offerId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lwolf.com`
- URL: `https://api.lwolf.com/transact-workflow/v1/users/{userId}/Offers/{offerId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer and API key in header `lw-subscription-key`

Applies a partial update to an offer. Only the fields present in the body are modified.

- `userId` string, uuid, required
- `offerId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- OfferUpdate
  - `closingDate` string, date-time: Closing date.
  - `finalWalkthroughDate` string, date-time: Final walkthrough date.
  - `possessionDate` string, date-time: Possession date.
  - `offerDate` string, date-time: Date the offer was made.
  - `expirationDate` string, date-time: Offer expiration date.
  - `acceptanceDate` string, date-time: Offer acceptance date.
  - `purchasePrice` number: Purchase price.
  - `deposit` number: Deposit amount.

- `400`: The request is malformed or contains invalid parameters.
- `401`: The access token is missing, invalid, or expired.
- `403`: The caller is not permitted to perform this operation.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist.
