# Polygons At Point

`GET /api/admin/polygons/at-point`

## Request

Returns every enabled polygon whose geometry contains the given (lat, lon)
point. Use for the 'Snap to coordinates' search mode — answers
"which polygons own this location?". Multiple matches are returned in
hierarchy order (COUNTRY → PORT → TERMINAL → BERTH) so the caller can
drill into the most-specific one.

## Query parameters

- `lat` number, required: WGS84 latitude
- `lon` number, required: WGS84 longitude
- `family_id` integer, nullable
- `only_enabled` boolean
