# Simulate payment of a test PIX charge

`POST /sandbox/cashin/{cashin_id}/pay`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.luniumpay.com`
- URL: `https://api.luniumpay.com/sandbox/cashin/{cashin_id}/pay`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Only the owning sandbox key can confirm. Replays never duplicate credits. This endpoint cannot confirm a production payment.

## Path parameters

- `cashin_id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `payer_tax_number` string: Optional synthetic payer document; a mismatch simulates a refund.

## Response `200`

Sandbox result; sandbox=true; no real funds move.

- `401`: Missing or invalid key.
- `403`: Requires a sandbox key.
- `404`: Operation not found for this key.
- `409`: State conflict or divergent idempotency parameters.
- `503`: Simulator unavailable; never falls through to a real provider.
