`GET /charts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.luminatedata.com`
- URL: `https://api.luminatedata.com/charts`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key` and API key in header `authorization`

Receive a list of charts for a given location and chart_owner.

## Query parameters

- `location` string
- `chart_owner` 'all' | 'billboard' | 'luminate'
