`GET /v1/teams`

## Request

## Query parameters

- `sport` string, nullable: Sport slug, e.g. 'nba' or 'nhl'
- `league` string, nullable: League slug, e.g. 'nba'
- `conference` string, nullable: Conference filter
- `division` string, nullable: Division filter
- `country` string, nullable: ISO country code, e.g. 'USA'
- `q` string, nullable: Team name search (partial match)
- `active` boolean, nullable: Filter by active status
- `after_id` integer: Cursor: last team id from previous page
- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

Paginated team list, filterable by sport/league/conference/division/country.
