# Get Verification Share

`GET /v1/verifications/{verification_id}/share`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lumethic.com`
- URL: `https://api.lumethic.com/v1/verifications/{verification_id}/share`
- Auth: `OAuth2PasswordBearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Get current sharing configuration for a verification.

Retrieve the sharing settings for a verification, including access type and invited users.
Use this to check if a verification is currently shared and who has access.

**Authentication Required**: Valid API key or JWT token (verification owner only)

**Path Parameters**:
- **verification_id**: Unique identifier for the verification

**Response**: Returns `VerificationShareResponse` with:
- **verification_id**: The verification identifier
- **access_type**: Either "anyone_with_link" or "restricted"
- **share_url**: Public URL for accessing the shared verification
- **invited_emails**: List of email addresses with access (for restricted sharing)

**Access Types**:
- **anyone_with_link**: Anyone with the URL can view the verification
- **restricted**: Only invited email addresses can access

**Status Codes**:
- 200: Sharing settings returned
- 404: Verification not found or not shared
- 403: Access denied (not verification owner)

**Use Cases**:
- Check sharing status before sending links to clients
- Audit who has access to sensitive verification results
- Verify sharing configuration after setup

Share settings returned

- VerificationShareResponse: Response containing sharing configuration for a verification.
  - `verification_id` string, uuid, required: The verification being shared
  - `access_type` 'restricted' | 'anyone_with_link', required: Access control type for shared verifications. - restricted: Only invited email addresses can view the verification - anyone_with_link: Anyone with the share URL can view the verification
  - `share_url` string, required: Public URL to view the shared verification
  - `invited_emails` string[], required: Email addresses with access (for restricted sharing)

## Other responses

- `403`: Sharing not available
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation Error
