# Revoke Api Key

`DELETE /v1/apikeys/{key_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lumethic.com`
- URL: `https://api.lumethic.com/v1/apikeys/{key_id}`
- Auth: `OAuth2PasswordBearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Revoke an API key, permanently disabling it.

Immediately invalidates the specified API key. Any requests using this key will be
rejected after revocation. This action cannot be undone — create a new key if needed.

**Authentication Required**: Valid JWT token or API key

**Path Parameters**:
- **key_id**: UUID of the API key to revoke

**Status Codes**:
- 204: Key revoked successfully (no response body)
- 404: Key not found or you do not have permission to revoke it

- `X-API-Key` string, nullable

Key revoked successfully

## Other responses

- `404`: API key not found
- `422`: Validation Error
