`GET /expenses/{id}/payments`

Payments, newest first

- PaymentRecord[]
  - `id` string, uuid: Pass as `paymentId` to the unpay endpoints to undo this payment
  - `amount` number, double
  - `paymentDate` string, date
  - `note` string, nullable
  - `journalEntryId` string, uuid, nullable
  - `paymentAccountId` string, uuid, nullable
  - `paymentAccountCode` string, nullable
  - `paymentAccountName` string, nullable
  - `createdAt` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Invalid or missing API key
- `403`: Subscription required or read-only key on a write endpoint
