  - `total_hours` string, nullable: Heures.
  - `hourly_rate` string, nullable: Taux.
  - `status` string, nullable: Statut (draft, sent, accepted, rejected, expired - alias historiques pending/approved acceptes).
  - `valid_until` string, nullable: Validite.
