Get BFD session inforrmation

    - `instance` string — Instance name
    - `remoteIp` string — Remote IP
    - `sourceIP` string — Source IP to be used for BFD session
    - `port` integer — port number to be used for BFD session
    - `interval` integer — Tx interval between BFD packets(in microseconds)
    - `retryCount` integer — Retry Count to detect failure
    - `state` string — Current state for BFD session

## Other responses

- `401` — Invalid authentication credentials
- `500` — Internal service error
- `503` — Maintenance mode
