# Update customer-conversation workflow

`POST /v1/owner/messages/{interaction_id}/workflow`

Updates only the signed-in owner's operational status or priority for a customer conversation belonging to that owner's business. Contact and workflow metadata have zero trust weight and never verify a transaction.
