`POST /v1/owner/evidence`

Submit business evidence. The response is scoped and validated by the runtime repository; unknown or unauthorized resources use the canonical error envelope.

## Response `200`

Submit business evidence response

- object: Owner evidence result. In v3, entity/license documents return a private pending manual-verification submission; insurance returns owner-provided metadata with no verification effect. Legacy v2 submissions retain their existing asset response.
