# Change an ad (website only)

`POST /v1/owner/ads/changes`

## Request

Requests a change (launch, pause, resume, update, end) through the single change pipeline. Pause and reductions apply at once. Increases (launch, resume, a higher daily limit or most per ad tap, a wider area) apply at once only with confirm=true; otherwise they wait as pending_confirmation for 24 hours. A confirmed raise of the daily limit above twice its current amount also needs a fresh second factor (403 owner_step_up_required). Website only: requests from the mobile apps are refused with 403 web_only_action. Behind LOPPEE_ADS_MANAGER: 404 while off, and with invite only for allowlisted businesses. Only the business's owner. Agent credentials are refused with 403 ads_owner_action_required.
