# Pass the ads assistant chat to Loppee support (website only)

`POST /v1/owner/ads/assistant/handoff`

## Request

The owner tapped Send on the assistant's hand-off card: Loppee posts a summary of the recent conversation (personal details removed, written by Loppee, not the model) to the owner's existing support thread. Website only: requests from the mobile apps are refused with 403 web_only_action. Behind LOPPEE_ADS_ASSISTANT and LOPPEE_ADS_MANAGER: 404 while either is off. Only the business's owner. Agent credentials are refused with 403 ads_owner_action_required.
