`POST /v1/admin/ads/reconciliation/run`

Run advertising reconciliation now. The response is scoped and validated by the runtime repository; unknown or unauthorized resources use the canonical error envelope.

Run advertising reconciliation now response

- object: Compares Stripe ads payments, refunds and disputes with the ledger, and the ledger with cached balances; stores the report. Requires LOPPEE_ADS_RECONCILIATION=on and manage_billing; audited.
