`GET /v1/admin/ads/campaigns`

Search ads for moderation. The response is scoped and validated by the runtime repository; unknown or unauthorized resources use the canonical error envelope.

- object: Up to 500 ads, most recently changed first, with service, area, prices, review status and who created them. Requires manage_billing.
