`GET /v1/admin/ads/accounts/{account_id}/ledger`

List an advertising account's ledger. The response is scoped and validated by the runtime repository; unknown or unauthorized resources use the canonical error envelope.

List an advertising account's ledger response

- object: Append-only money ledger entries, newest first, with each entry's purchased/promotional split. Requires manage_billing.
