# Update Frequency

`PUT /2026-04/subscription/{subscriptionId}/frequency`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.loopsubscriptions.com/storefront`
- URL: `https://api.loopsubscriptions.com/storefront/2026-04/subscription/{subscriptionId}/frequency`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

This is endpoint allows you to update the frequency for a particular subscription contract.

## Path parameters

- `subscriptionId` integer, required

## Request body

- object
  - `billingPolicy` object, required: Defines the billing frequency and interval for the subscription
    - `interval` 'DAY' | 'WEEK' | 'MONTH' | 'YEAR', required
    - `intervalCount` integer, required
  - `nextBillingDateEpoch` integer, required: New billing date (in epoch seconds) of the subscription.
  - `cancellationFlowId` integer: Optional parameter : Unique identifier for cancellation flow. This parameter is used to log the cancellation reason performance.
