# Get workflow node metrics

`GET /v1/workflows/{workflowId}/nodes/{nodeId}/metrics`

## Request

Retrieve all-time email engagement metrics for a workflow `SendEmailAction` node. Nodes of any other type return a `400` response. A `SendEmailAction` node with an email that has not sent anything yet reports every counter as `0`.

## Response `200`

Successful.

- EmailMetricsResponse: All-time email engagement counters. Opens and clicks count sends, not events: a send opened five times counts once. A recipient who received the email twice is counted once per send, not once per person.
  - `sends` integer, required: Number of sends.
  - `opens` integer, required: Number of sends that were opened at least once.
  - `clicks` integer, required: Number of sends where at least one link was clicked.
  - `unsubscribes` integer, required: Number of unsubscribes.
  - `spamReports` integer, required: Number of sends reported as spam.
  - `hardBounces` integer, required: Number of sends that hard bounced.
  - `softBounces` integer, required: Number of sends that soft bounced.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid `workflowId` or `nodeId`, the node is not a `SendEmailAction` node, or the node has no email message.
- `401`: Invalid API key.
- `404`: Workflow or workflow node not found.
- `405`: Wrong HTTP request method.
