Add a wage based leave

- WageBasedLeave
  - `id` string, uuid: The unique identifier of an object (GUID/UUID)
  - `fromWage` number, double: the from wage the employment has to earn to be applicable for the additional leave
  - `upToAndIncludingWage` number, double: the up to and including wage the employment has to earn to be applicable for the additional leave
  - `leaveEntitlement` object
    - `excessLeaveToStatutory` number, double, nullable: The excess leave (bovenwetelijk verlof) linked employments are entitled to for a full time contract. Either excessLeaveToStatutory or wtr must have a value
    - `wtr` number, double, nullable: The wrt leave (ADV/ATV verlof) linked employments are entitled to for a full time contract. Either excessLeaveToStatutory or wtr must have a value
