  - `proformaType` 'WithSalaryResultsWithSalaryVariables' | 'WithSalaryResultsWithoutSalaryVariables' | 'WithoutSalaryResultsWithSalaryVariables' | 'WithoutSalaryResultsWithoutSalaryVariables' | 'WithoutEmployments'
  - `employeeId` string, uuid, nullable: If this Id is set all the employment of the specific employee will be copied to the proforma environment otherwise all employments are copied. Does not work in combination with `proformaType` = "Zonder dienstverbanden"
