# Delete a language

`DELETE /projects/{project_id}:{branch}/languages/{lang_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lokalise.com/api2`
- URL: `https://api.lokalise.com/api2/projects/{project_id}:{branch}/languages/{lang_id}`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Token`

Deletes a language from the project. Requires *Manage languages* admin right.

Requires <code>write_languages</code> OAuth access scope.
