# Delete a trusted device

`DELETE /api/my-account/trusted-devices/{trustedDeviceId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://[tenant_id].logto.app`
- URL: `https://[tenant_id].logto.app/api/my-account/trusted-devices/{trustedDeviceId}`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (client credentials, token URL `/oidc/token`, scopes: `all`)

Delete a trusted device owned by the signed-in user. Deleting the current trusted device clears its cookie without ending the login session.

## Path parameters

- `trustedDeviceId` string, required

## Response `204`

The trusted device was deleted successfully.

## Other responses

- `400`: The field is not editable.
- `401`: Permission denied, recent user authentication is required or the access token does not include the `trusted-devices` scope.
- `403`: The request was made by a third-party application.
- `404`: The trusted device was not found or does not belong to the signed-in user.
- `500`: Internal Server Error
