Make the key's active trackings on one marketplace EQUAL to the list (P87, 2026-10-14): creates what is
missing (at interval and with the alert fields given), stops active trackings not listed, leaves the rest
untouched. Returns created, stopped, unchanged, refused (allowance or capacity), invalid, with the lists; dry_run
returns the same without writing. An empty list is a 422 (use /v1/track/stop to stop everything). 0 credits.

  - `asins` string[], required: The full list (up to 1,000): missing ones are created, active ones not listed are stopped, the rest are left as they are (interval and alerts unchanged).
