Stop trackings in bulk (P87, 2026-10-14): by ids, or by country + asins (up to 1,000). Per-item results in
input order - stopped / already_stopped / not_found (an id that is not this key's, an ASIN it does not track) -
the allowance released at once; HTTP 200 whenever the body parsed. 0 credits.
