The key's trackings (2026-10-14), newest first, each with the lane's own state for the ASIN - in_lane,
last_snapshot_at, next_due_at, lane_snapshots (from the hot lane's table, mirrored every 10 minutes) - and the
plan's allowance (snapshots a day: total, used, remaining). 0 credits, never billed.

## Query parameters

- `country` string, nullable: Only this marketplace's trackings (us, uk, de, ...); default all.
- `status` string, nullable: Only this state: active, paused, expired or stopped (default all; stopped trackings stay listed 30 days).
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
