`PATCH /v1/batches/{batch_id}`

Edit a batch's serving settings (mode and/or max_age_days). Applies to
FUTURE runs only: every run snapshots the settings it launches with (0537)
and keeps them — an in-flight run finishes under its launch settings, and
past runs' recorded values never change. Same validation as create:
Walmart + live is a loud 422 (R14) — a mode is never silently downgraded.
