Balance, plan and recent usage for the calling key.

Added 2026-08-06: an agent-driven evaluation hit five consecutive 404s
(/v1/credits, /v1/account, /v1/usage, /v1/me, /v1/balance) trying to check
the balance before spending. For an API whose callers are increasingly
scripts and agents, "how many credits do I have" is a required call. Never
billed — checking your balance must not cost you credits.
