`DELETE /tercero/{identificacion}`

Elimina un tercero del sistema a partir de su número de identificación.

## Other responses

- `404`: Tercero no encontrado
- `409`: No se puede eliminar por restricciones de integridad referencial
- `500`: Error al eliminar Tercero
