# Write a claimed fill for a missing receipt predicate

`POST /v1/trust/improvements`

## Request

Write-back path for coverage or predicate fill. The field becomes claimed, not verified; payment never touches it.

## Response `201`

Claimed receipt fill written; Lodestar verification still required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid submission
- `404`: Domain not covered
- `409`: Predicate already verified in the current receipt
- `503`: Write-back store unavailable
