# Order a trial key

`POST /v1/order`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lodestarstamp.com`
- URL: `https://api.lodestarstamp.com/v1/order`
- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - API key in header `X-Lodestar-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.lodestarstamp.com/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://api.lodestarstamp.com/oauth/token`, scopes: `mcp:read`)
  - API key in header `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE`

Stores a trial-access request and attempts confirmation emails. Keys follow coverage and integration review. This request creates no paid subscription. Send an issued key as X-Lodestar-Key on each read.

- `400`: Missing or invalid field
- `503`: Order store not bound; email instead
