# Eng/desk KV meter pull (OAuth + trust-read pointer + AE status)

`GET /v1/meters`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lodestarstamp.com`

  - none
  - API key in header `X-Lodestar-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.lodestarstamp.com/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://api.lodestarstamp.com/oauth/token`, scopes: `mcp:read`)
  - API key in header `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE`

BAN-37 / BAN-48 interim. Requires Worker secret OAUTH_ENG_SECRET via X-Lodestar-Eng. Rolls OAuth monthly meters from CONSUMERS KV only. Trust-read edition totals are not stored — query GET /v1/reads?domain= per business. Analytics Engine / POST /v1/funnel stay instrumented_not_queryable (never coerced to 0). Prefer Stripe and Resend for watching money. Public agents do not receive identity emails or tokens.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad month
- `401`: Wrong or missing X-Lodestar-Eng
