Water and sewer service polygons for an address or point. Coverage: Durham County, NC; Gwinnett County, GA; Travis County, TX; Wake County, NC. Returns public, no_public_service_mapped, or out_of_coverage per utility; provider when published. Lookup failures stay explicit; no map gap proves a private well or septic system. Direct flat-body route for this one free resource; no API key, payment, or catalog wrapper. Return only the cited bounded evidence described here; this route never produces a paid brief or full report.
