Returns Census TIGERweb county, municipality, and school-district boundaries, plus NCES directory facts from the Urban Institute Education Data Portal. National. Boundaries are not proof of a tax levy, and special districts and townships are outside TIGER. Rates are excluded. Directory facts are not school ratings. Direct flat-body route for this one free resource; no API key, payment, or catalog wrapper. Return only the cited bounded evidence described here; this route never produces a paid brief or full report.
