`POST /api/locus_source_card_check`

Local source-card metadata for a jurisdiction or one card id: candidate, verified, disputed, or deprecated status; verification method and time; provenance, category, and official query endpoint. For agents checking a city or county source trail. Does not fetch underlying records. Direct flat-body route for this one free resource; no API key, payment, or catalog wrapper. Return only the cited bounded evidence described here; this route never produces a paid brief or full report.

  - `jurisdiction` string: Optional jurisdiction id such as us-nc-raleigh; provide when known to skip place resolution.
  - `place` string: Optional ZIP/address; provide instead of jurisdiction to resolve local source cards.
  - `cardId` string: Optional source-card id such as us-nc-durham:permits; provide to inspect one card.
