Median and quartiles of annual NFIP policy cost and FEMA full-risk premium for policies in force in the ZIP, from OpenFEMA NFIP Policies v3, for buyer, owner and lender agents. Split by rated zone (SFHA vs minimal hazard), with policy count and rate-method counts. An estimate, never a quote, national.
Use this when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).
