EPA cleanup, storage-tank, RCRA, ECHO, and TRI counts at each ASTM E1527-21 minimum search distance, for buyer, owner and lender agents. Reports records returned, within distance, nearest distance, and status per list. Counts only, never a Phase I; empty list means no record returned, not clearance, national.
