Weekly US Drought Monitor status for the county of a point, plus recent weeks. Returns D0 Abnormally Dry through D4 Exceptional Drought, with cumulative area percentages and non-overlapping bands (raw columns are cumulative). USDM describes the county, not an address, well, or parcel, and it does not set water restrictions. Direct flat-body route for this one free resource; no API key, payment, or catalog wrapper. Return only the cited bounded evidence described here; this route never produces a paid brief or full report.
