Cook County Board of Review and Assessor aggregates, NYC Tax Commission granted-reduction totals, Texas Comptroller 2024 appraisal-district survey facts, or official pointers for agents. From an address, state code, or state name. Historical only: never a parcel forecast, value opinion, score, ranking, or filing recommendation. Direct flat-body route for this one free resource; no API key, payment, or catalog wrapper. Return only the cited bounded evidence described here; this route never produces a paid brief or full report.

  - `county` string: Optional county name. Cook County has Board of Review and Assessor aggregates; Texas counties use the statewide Comptroller survey.
  - `township` string: Optional Cook County township name or two-digit township code.
  - `taxYear` integer: Optional tax year. When omitted, Socrata sources return the three most recent prior years.
  - `majorclass` string: Cook County Board of Review major property class; defaults to Residential. Assessor aggregates do not filter numeric class.
  - `state` string: Two-letter US state abbreviation or full state name, for example TX or Texas.
  - `address` string: Full US address used to resolve the governing state, county, and locality.
