OpenTopography collection dates, USGS 3DEP project metadata, and an NC state raster override where available, for property agents checking LiDAR vintage and elevation-source coverage. Returns those dates and the covering source. Terrain is an estimate; vintage varies and catalog recency does not establish raster vintage. Direct flat-body route for this one free resource; no API key, payment, or catalog wrapper. Return only the cited bounded evidence described here; this route never produces a paid brief or full report.
