Legacy Mini Recorder compatibility endpoint; new setup uses Synoptic Meeting Recorder in Meetings. Available only to Synoptic - Prod. Scope: recordings:write. Returns workspace_id, optional workspace_name, source=mini-recorder, visibility=workspace, audio_upload=true. Creates no source.
