CLIENT delivery endpoint (mirrors /survey/pending). Returns the connected-but-unused first-task
suggestion for this machine, or {} when there's nothing to suggest OR the machine is still inside
the post-show cooldown (one-shot semantics). Content is English v1 — the AI relays it in the user's
language; `lang` is accepted for a future localized framing. No auth: keyed by machine_id like the
survey feed; it only ever returns the machine's own connected-but-unused task.
