Capture email from local-mcp.com/settings page or POST /config in settings.html (LMC-887).

Called when a user submits the email form on /settings?m=<machine_id>,
or from the Connect tab in the local settings UI (which passes cloud_token too).
Links email to machine_id and optionally to tunnel token.
