Lead from the onboarding 'Didn't work? We'll help' escape hatch on a manual
step. The user volunteered an email so support can reach them (anti-churn);
stored as feedback → visible in /admin/feedback (Paperclip-consumed). The
anonymous funnel counter is the SEPARATE onboarding_help_requested event
(no email); this row carries the PII the user chose to share.
